📋 Rules & Lazare Airlines Spirit

• 🟧 Philosophy: Serious in the air, helpful on the ground, and cheerful everywhere. Goal: grow together, and have fun in the sky!
• 🟧 Flight organization: Choose your rotation type:
  • S (Simple round trip)
  • E (Round trip with a stop)
  • T (Weekly tour)
  • X (Long range >8h, A350/A380 only)
  • C (Cargo)
  One flight = one route = one unique number. Stick to your chosen schedule: no “freestyle” flights on your rotation!
• 🟧 Ranks & Progression:
  • Cadet: upon joining
  • Co-pilot: 10 flights (average ≥ 8/10 on Newsky)
  • Confirmed pilot: 25 flights
  • Captain: 50 flights + active on Discord
  • Legend: 100 flights and exemplary attitude (special badge!)
• 🟧 Flight quality & safety: Recommended Newsky average: ≥ 7.5/10. If a problem occurs: set transponder to 7700, declare “emergency” on IVAO, and inform VA staff on Discord.
• 🟧 Minimum activity: 5 flights/month, including 1 IVAO flight to be considered “active.” If you’re away for a while, let staff know—we’ll keep your spot warm!
• 🟧 Behaviour: No toxicity, strict respect of IVAO rules, and HUMOR REQUIRED (starting with Captain Lazare!)
• 🟧 Discord: The main channel for announcements, help, & suggestions—everything happens there, come join us!
• 🟧 Sanctions: warning → coaching → suspension → exclusion (honestly, it’s super rare, but we love transparency!)
